1. Eligibility for Replacement
We offer replacements within 1 day of delivery in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received an incorrect item or size
- The item has manufacturing defects
To qualify:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

- Our team will review and confirm your replacement eligibility
3. Replacement Timeline & Shipping
Approved replacements are dispatched within

- If the original item was damaged or incorrect, Daily Case Gear covers return and replacement shipping costs
- For other reasons, shipping charges may apply
4. Conditions Where Replacement Is Not Possible
- Requests made after the 1-day window
- Items used or missing original packaging
- Final sale items, personal-use products (for hygiene reasons), or promotional items
