  • The item has manufacturing defects

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

To begin the replacement process:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Our team will review and confirm your replacement eligibility

3. Replacement Timeline & Shipping

Approved replacements are dispatched within

  • 2–3 business days
    • If the original item was damaged or incorrect, Daily Case Gear covers return and replacement shipping costs
    • For other reasons, shipping charges may apply

    4. Conditions Where Replacement Is Not Possible

    • Requests made after the 1-day window
    • Items used or missing original packaging
    • Final sale items, personal-use products (for hygiene reasons), or promotional items
