1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 1 day of delivery if they are:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- With all tags and accessories intact
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Personal-use items (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged during delivery
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team
4. Return Shipping Fees
- BlingGuard covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- For other reasons, customers bear the return shipping costs
5. Refunds
After inspection of the returned item:
- Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue for quick resolution
- We’ll offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference
