1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 1 day of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Personal-use items (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged during delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

  • Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
  • Follow the return instructions provided by our team

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • BlingGuard covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • For other reasons, customers bear the return shipping costs

5. Refunds
After inspection of the returned item:

  • Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue for quick resolution
  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference
